In this section, you can fill in and send us the form, notice of suspected adverse reactions. Download the application file and then send the completed form to the email address marbiopharm@marbiopharm.ru, by fax (8362) 45-00-00 or call (8362 ) 68-51-78. Your data will be automatically sent to the service pharmacovigilance to analyze and determine the causes of adverse events.
Timely identified and transferred to our company, the adverse side effects (as well as cases of missing or inadequate therapeutic efficacy of the drug) would enhance the effectiveness and safety of drugs produced, and hence the quality of life of patients.
Please take question of the form filling seriously, correct and complete filling of the form is highly desirable!
